Measurements

Subject Image

We guide students through understanding standard units (meters, kilograms, seconds, etc.) and non-standard units (paper clips, hand spans, etc.); familiarizing with measuring tools (rulers, scales, measuring tapes, clocks, etc.); converting between units (centimetres to metres, kilograms to grams, etc.); and applying measurement in real-world contexts. For advanced learners, our tutors help students develop estimation skills, interpret measurement data, and tackle measurement-based problem-solving. We guide our students on connecting measurement to everyday situations to make it more relevant and engaging by introducing concepts of perimeter, area, and volume and how to calculate them using common objects around them, and ensuring every student masters measurement with confidence and accuracy.
